Hi there, my name is Morgan Whitaker, and I am on the 4-cycle Tech committee , and along with Bobby Getty head up tech at all the National 4-cycle races for the 2003 racing season. Also I am the 4-Cycle Representative for District 5. The purpose of this site is to give you, the Karters, a place to find out just what is happening in Tech. It is also a place where you can get some answers on the Internet about 4 Cycle Tech.
